One of the Essential Oil Basic Kit should be Eucalyptus oil. This oil is a strong essential oil, and you’ll feel the strong, earthy scent as soon as you open the bottle. This oil is very soothing, and that’s why it can also be used if you’re having asthma or respiratory problems, congestion or even to help you in relieving muscle pain after a workout.
You can use this oil with carrier oils to blend it, or you can also put some drops in a tbsp of milk in your bath to relax your whole body and mind.

It will be a help in your Essential Basic Kit like the one that helps to enhance mental alertness, although it can also combat redness and irritation, and even aid in digestion. Be cautious when applying peppermint oil, you should only use it with a carrier oil; you should keep it away from your eyes!

I’m sure you have seen Lavander fields or even had the opportunity to visit one, to feel the soothing and calming aroma in the air and I’m sure you didn’t have sleeping problems after that day.
You can use Lavander in any anxiety, depression, insomnia and stress situation; I’ll recommend just keep a bunch of Lavander in your home.
