HOW you Achieve Your Dreams and   Life Balance

Most of us have things in our lives we want to do, as well as those things we have to do. Perhaps you want to go to the gym more often, or you want to read more books this year, or just spend more time with your family or even alone. Like most of us, do you find yourself wishing you had more time to pursue the things you want to do as well as the things you need to do?

To be able to achieve these goals first change your mindset, you have to see yourself achieving those goals; you have to imagine/feel those feelings of accomplishment.

As you define these steps, preferably using a journal to keep track of what you discover about yourself, they will help you achieve that work and life balance that will enable you to do those things you want to do and achieve at this point in your life.

Here are my basic steps for achieving my dreams:

1. List Your Goals

All of us have goals that change regularly and that reflect other things going on in our life at the time. List your goals and prioritize them from important to least important. Include not only the goals you have to achieve but also the personal goals you want to achieve.

I believe in journaling, in 1,3,5,1o years plan and also in making a detailed plan for the most three need to achieve goals for each year. I’m doing this approx. Eight years and I must say that it helped me a lot in making my dreams reality and also to check once in a while how far I managed to get on my life journey.

2. List Your Daily Schedule

In one of my earlier blog post, I have already written about the importance of morning routine and the importance of scheduling or mornings and days. Although we want more time in the day, all of us have 24 hours. We use some of these hours for sleep and some of these for work and recreation purposes.

Once you come up with a good working morning routine, stick to it for a few weeks. That’s the best way to turn it into a strong habit. Before long, it will feel like the new normal, and you no longer have to remind yourself to do each thing along the way.

List your daily schedule and include the things you must do because they are a commitment. This may include work commitments or school sports commitments with the children. Make a to-do list, prioritize, stick to it, and learn not to procrastinate.

3.Prioritize Your Personal Goals with Equal Priority as Work-Related Goals

Don’t minimize the time available to do the things you want to do, particularly if they are contributing to your life goals or wellbeing. Include family time and other essential life activities that require your time and attention.

4. Keep to the Schedule unless in an Emergency

Most people who create a daily schedule, keep it for a while, but not long enough for it to become a habit. Habits take around 3 weeks to form, so if you want your new approach to work and lifestyle to be maintained, you must protect it at all costs.

If you want to achieve your own goals, you must protect them at all costs. Eventually, the changes you implement will become second nature, but until then, you need to stay in control of your time management.

5 Steps to Find Your Passion

If you want to live your best life, then you need to find your passion and follow it. Sounds easy, doesn’t it? It isn’t that hard, so it’s surprising that so many people don’t do it and seem happy to exist rather than living a life of happiness and success.

To change your life for the better and create a future, you can look forward to then follow the five steps below:

   Step 1: Dream Big

Everyone has big dreams. What have you done with yours? Do you think about them, act on them or hide them away?

If you want to find your passion and purpose, then it’s time to dream big. List all of those big dreams you’ve had from childhood to today. No matter how wild or funny, write them all down.

Which of those dreams resonates most with you? Which makes your heart sing and inspires you the most? Is it realistic and achievable? If you’ve set your sights on being the first full-time resident of Mars, then you’ll probably need to take another look at your list and find something that is more realistic and achievable but almost as exciting to you!

Your big dream doesn’t have to be outrageous or huge. It just needs to be big enough to push you out of your comfort zone and willing to commit to making changes in your life so that you can achieve it. You need to want it. It needs to spark desire and passion in you.

  Step 2: Set Goals

Once you’ve decided what your ideal or dream is then you need to set goals. Your end goal is what you want to achieve; your dream. There will be other, smaller goals, which you will need to achieve along the way. You need to note these down as well.

  Step 3: Plan Your Way

Now that you know what you want and need to achieve, it’s time to plan what you need to do to get there. Think about what action you need to take, resources you will need and anything or anyone that can provide help and support.

 Step 4: Take Action

You know what you want, how you can achieve it and the steps to take. It’s time to take action. Remember you are looking for a passionate life. One that fills you with excitement, joy, and success.

 Step 5: Live Your Best Life

Once you’ve started taking action on your goals and plans, you will find that your life starts to improve. Instead of dreading each day you’ll look forward to it with excitement and anticipation. Your best life is the one that gives you happiness, success, and achievement through living your passion and purpose.
If you want to find and live your passion, then you can follow the five steps above. You can do it on your own, or you can give yourself a helpful boost by using a coach or mentor.

Learning to love yourself and to appreciate the uniqueness you are is often the first stage of learning how to control your weight, feel confident in studying or changing careers, or learning a new hobby.

Many of the things we procrastinate over that are for our benefit and enrichment are often the things we don’t do, because perhaps deep inside we don’t think we are good enough or worthy enough to do these things for ourselves.

Most people have to battle the self-talk and rarely say anything nice about themselves. Try looking in the mirror when you wake up and tell your reflection on what you would tell your best friend…
